NEW CLIENTS: when you book an appointment you will be required to leave a nonrefundable $75 deposit, and it will go towards any service you book with me

RETURNING CLIENTS: at the start of each month I will reach out to current clients who have pre-booked to collect a $75 deposit

I have a 15 minute grace period, if you are late beyond that your appointment will be cancelled, and a $50 inconvenience fee will be required to reschedule

if you cancel your appointment after the 48 hour grace period it will result in loss of deposit, and require a new deposit to reschedule the appointment

any no call no shows will no longer be allowed to book with me in the future

due to working in a small space there are no extra guest allowed
